A little time, already considered.
Free waiting allowances and additional waiting charges depend on the service you book. The transfer waiting rules below do not apply to booked hourly hire.
Airport arrivals.
Your booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting from your actual flight landing time.
After that allowance, additional waiting is billed separately at the hourly rate for your selected vehicle. The 15-minute block charges used for other transfers do not apply to airport arrivals.
Other transfer bookings.
Standard transfers include 15 minutes of free waiting from your scheduled pickup time. After the free allowance, waiting is charged at S$10 per 15-minute block.
From the 46th minute of total waiting, billing changes to the hourly rate for your selected vehicle. This replaces the 15-minute block charges; they are not added on top of the hourly waiting charge.

Vehicle hourly rate
The hourly waiting charge replaces the block charges. The S$20 is not added on top.
Booked hourly hire.
This transfer waiting policy does not apply to hourly bookings. Waiting between stops is covered during your booked hours, with unlimited stops within Singapore. Pre-booked hourly hire has a three-hour minimum.
Your vehicle’s hourly rate.
The applicable hourly rate depends on the vehicle you choose and is confirmed with your quote. Additional waiting is billed separately.
